Returns

Must be shipped within 14 days of 'delivery date' in original unused condition.

To ensure fairness and maintain the excitement of our one-of-a-kind jewelry collections, we allow one return per customer per month. Due to the unique nature of our pieces, frequent returns impact availability for other collectors and disrupt our inventory flow.

All other return guidelines remain in place, including eligibility requirements and return timeframes. We appreciate your understanding and support in keeping our collections special for everyone. 

Feel free to include notes in return shipment.

There is a very small re-stocking fee for returned items. Usually under $5.00

Refunds

We do not offer refunds but will provide a coupon of equal value, which must be used within 30 days.

The coupon will be issued as a promo code via email, redeemable in-store or online.

-What if I loose the e-mail? 

No worries! Every coupon is linked to your customer name and original order number to ensure security.

If you select Standard shipping, the delivery time is 10-30 days. If you choose Priority shipping, the delivery time is 7-15 days. If you opt for Express shipping, the delivery time is 9-20 days. 

We do ship internationally with a variety of shipping options displayed at checkout.

What you can expect. 

Items ordered before 9am Monday-Thursday are shipped within 24hrs. (Except for holidays or big sale promotions)

Express items ordered before 10am shipped same day Monday-Friday.

Order over the weekend items shipped next week business day.
